Designed with you in mind, Magnet’s document application system will provide you with the tools you need to confidently proceed through the Magnet journey.

All Magnet® application documents must be submitted using ADAM (Application Document and Appraisal Management), a secure, web-based system that allows organizations to store, create, and upload narratives and evidence over time. With ADAM’s document library, multiple users can work simultaneously under the same account, making collaboration, file sharing, and document management simple and efficient. When it’s time to submit, everything is ready with just one click.

ADAMplus

The premium version of ADAM, ADAMplus offers all the benefits of ADAM, plus additional features designed to save you and your organization time and resource, including:

  • Guided templates to ensure key elements are included
  • Checklists for each Sources of Evidence (SOE) example
  • The ability to create multiple drafts for each SOE
  • Direct entry of text into SOE narratives
