Mental Health and Wellness Survey 4 results. Part of the American Nurses Foundation’s Pulse on the Nation's Nurses, COVID-19 Survey Series.
As a follow-up to the American Nurses Foundation's first three Mental Health and Wellness surveys completed in summer 2020, December 2020, September 2021, the Foundation conducted this survey to determine the changes and further impact on the mental health and wellness of nurses, with additional enquiries concerning stress and burnout. 7,419 nurses completed the survey between April 24 -May 26, 2023.
