Senior Pathway Program Analyst
Will Carson earned a BSN from Columbus State University, MSN from the University of West Georgia, and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Troy University. He has over 10 years of nursing experience including seven years in nursing leadership. Prior to joining the ANCC, Will served as Manager of Professional Practice and Pathway Program Director, guiding his former organization to their first Pathway to Excellence designation. He is certified in both emergency nursing and executive nursing leadership. Will oversees the following areas for the Pathway to Excellence program:
Karen Seyfert graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. With 25 years of high-risk obstetric nursing, hospital leadership and quality management, she is passionate about the role that a healthy workplace environment contributes to high quality patient care. Karen is the newest addition to the Senior Pathway Program Analyst Team.

Julia Fisher, MSN, RN, CEN, CNL, NPD-BC, is the Program Manager for the ANCC Pathway to Excellence® and Well-being Excellence® (WBE) programs. With over 10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, she is dedicated to helping organizations cultivate positive practice environments while strengthening engagement, retention and empowerment across healthcare teams. In her current role, Julia supports the continued growth of the Pathway and WBE programs. Her prior experience includes serving as a Pathway Program Director for a Pathway-designated organization, nursing professional development, and emergency nursing.

Pathway Program Specialist
Chris is a member of the Pathway Operations team. Her most recent work was as a Membership Specialist with the Girl Scouts Nation's Capital. Chris graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland Global Campus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She volunteers for multiple non-profit organizations throughout her education and work career. Christine oversees the following areas for the Pathway to Excellence program:
