Pathway Pre-Intent Program
Need help with the Pathway to Excellence application process?
The Pathway to Excellence® Pre-Intent Membership Program provides organizations with a roadmap to successfully achieve Pathway to Excellence designation. Get regular access to Pathway to Excellence Program Office resources, high-level contact with Pathway to Excellence team members, and additional benefits to help your organization manage and navigate the Pathway to Excellence application process.
Pre Intent Program members will select an intended Pre-Intent Program start date, creating structured and consistent access to Pathway to Excellence Program Office resources. Available cycle dates include:
- February 1
- April 1
- June 1
- August 1
- November 1
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
ACCESS TO PATHWAY TO EXCELLENCE TEAM
- Monthly, prescheduled, one-hour conference calls with dedicated Senior Pathway to Excellence Program Analysts
- A member of the Pathway Program Office is available for a speaking engagement
TOOLS AND RESOURCES
- Access to the Pathway to Excellence Learning Community® for up to 5 employees per membership for the duration of the program term
- Early access to free supplemental Pathway resources

- Eligible to receive a $1,000 discount on their Pathway Applicant Registration.

CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FEE
Effective June 1, 2026, the annual Pre-Intent Program membership fee will be $10,000 USD.

Pre-Intent Program Disclaimer: Membership in the Program is not required to apply for any ANCC credential nor is membership in the Program a guarantee of eligibility for any ANCC credential. Membership in the Program does not guarantee that Member will receive any ANCC credential. ANCC does not offer or provide consulting services. Nothing in this Agreement prohibits a Member from engaging a third party consultant, nor does participation in this Agreement require Member to engage a consultant.
